Safer For All Of Us

Dear Jack,

The indoor and outdoor handrails are fantastic and so beautiful. They have made the staircases safer for all of us. My special son, Willie, loves them.

Willie picked up on the handrails as soon as he walked up to the front porch. It was so funny to have him come into the house and tell us all about them. "Look Mom, we have new 'handles'!" And then he had to go outside and show me how to use them.

When I told him about the handrails going down into the laundry area, he had to use them right then to go get milk from the downstairs refrigerator.

Above and beyond Willie's happiness with the handrails, I want you to know the handrails have increased by ability to get around more safely and to get things done.

Belated thanks for the BEAUTIFUL work you did for my neighbors, The Ed Wallers. The “W’s”
turned out beautifully. The middle peak of the letter “w” is supposed to relate the the peaked
gables of their home. They do that and they look so nice.

Jack, I wanted to let you know that I have been in the business ( construction) for a long time in one way or another and have work with and met all types. I want you to know you fall in the category of Top notch craftsman that not only knows his trade inside out but is one of the rare one's I also get to meet. Your honesty is a quality that I have prided myself on, so when I meet someone that has the same quality it is a pleasure to do business with them. I will send you some pics very soon that you can feel free to post on your website if you like. I also would gladly give a reference to anybody anytime for you. I received the final inspection today and the inspector keep saying what a quality job it was and does not see to many that nice. I gave him your name ( I assume you wouldn't mine) so maybe that will get a few good jobs for you. If ever there is a need out at the Livermore National Lab where I work as Project Manager I will let you know.
